It’s time for our annual sleepover! This one night trip gives Sparks a chance at a big overnight adventure on their own while also getting them up close and personal with unique animal encounters.

Notes:
- Contact during activity: If this is not the person signing the form, please indicate their name next to the phone number
- Emergency Contact: This must be someone who is not either primary caregiver. Grandparents, neighbours, family friends, or other Spark parents are all great choices.

Notes:
- Contact info: This should be the contact info for someone available during camp, especially if parents will be away
- Health Info: Have things changed since September? Does your Spark need medication overnight? Is there anything else we should know for a sleepover?
- Emergency Contact: This must be someone who is not either primary caregiver. Grandparents, neighbours, family friends, or other Spark parents are all great choices.
Submit both forms in person at a meeting before May 11th

We can’t afford this camp.
The cost of activities should never be a barrier to your Spark participating in everything Girl Guides has to offer them.
Please speak to us at a meeting, there is subsidy at the national and unit level that is available for camp and adventures.
